In a world of uncertainty and turbulence, peace and happiness are fleeting. Successful men have displayed their capabilities by dealing with change. A system's environment changes continuously and if the systems ceases to evolve with its environment it is bound to go extinct. The theory of evolution is applicable to our day-to-day lives, maintaining that strategic fit is imperative. All illnesses of the heart and body stem from the individual's ability of not being able to cope with change.

There were times when the British Empire ruled the world, what went wrong? They got stuck in the past with their industrialization, trains networks, navy and so on. On the other side of the Atlantic, the Americans, young as a nation, were open to change and adapt, century old attachments did not weigh on them. The same was the case with British in 1600's; eyes set of the horizon. Therefore, the past is extra luggage. Look towards the future starry-eyed, and, free of expectations; for expectations work the same way as regrets.
The only thing real is the present moment, not the past, not the future. Enjoy the moment, drown in your senses, let not your mind be burdened with the thought of past or the future.
